Implementing governance structure
Checking of contract documents (including key contractual terms and conditions)
Reviewing and approval of engineering drawings
Continuous follow up of key milestones (including the critical path)
Ensuring the interest of the lenders
Securing key contract deliverables (identified and properly described, and updated to account for change orders during the execution of the contract)
Following up reporting requirements (types of reports, times, contents shipping documents, etc.)
Ensuring that payment procedures consistent with contractual provisions
